" THERE ONCE WAS A 'DIFFERENT' DUCKLING "
As the weather hasn't been very kind to us today, we took Matthew for a walk around Trenance Gardens in Newquay. It gives Phoebe a chance to see all the ducks on the pond, which she ignored!!
We spotted this very unusual duck. Any ideas as to what it is?
The other capture is of a Heron sitting on the island . Mr A was convinced it wasn't real so I had to take a photo to prove that it was. It sat so still for ages and reminded me of an old man.
We enjoyed a lovely coffee and cake in the Lakeside Café, Matthew that is, as I don't eat cake! And tonight I cooked his favourite fresh fish coujons with minted peas and of course he had to have chips.
Today I have made a Banana Tea Loaf (which they have already started to eat ) and 32 Sausage rolls now in the freezer for Christmas.
Enjoy your weekend everyone and hope the weather is kind to us all. xxxx
Saturday tomorrow and nothing is planned.
