Boots

These are a favourite Christmas tree decoration, made by Tig, she makes us a new one most years. These were particularly amazing, tiny, hand sewn, real leather boots.

I have had a productive day: I have spent time on all three sofas, used both blankets, watched last week's match of the day, read at least a chapter of two books, solved a third of the guardian cryptic crossword, and used up most of a box of tissues. Oh, and I walked to the end of the road, to the shops, twice.

Ben's poorly too, he helped me with much of the sofa-sitting, MOTD-watching, and tissue-using (though why do children not understand the need to blow their noses!!!!?)
