Pony Cake

Tomorrow it's Amy's 9th birthday. Can't believe she really isn't a little girl any more! Anyway it's a busy day for me, even though she's at school all day, so I thought best be organised, and I decorated her cake today.

It's pony themed as her main present from us is weekly riding lessons. She's been keen on horses for years and not only will she be riding, but looking after the horses too and learning how to care for them. As she knows about this, as she has already had a few lessons, I thought I would make a surprise cake for her. She hasn't seen it yet... neither has James, as I can't always trust him to keep a secret!
