Christmas Fair in Montrose

The High Street was closed to traffic today and the Christmas Fair was in full swing, and most of the shops were open!  Actually minus 1 degrees  -  everyone was well-clothed for the weather, and looking very jolly despite it.  I had my mittens on and my fingers soon gave in to frostbite and I headed off home to the warm very soon.  Not before I'd managed a few clicks though as you will see.  Lots of dogs enjoying themselves - this Labrador is a Rescue dog. The owner has three as you can see. He loves Labradors and we had a long chat about them as working gun dogs.  He said his would jump out of their skins at the sound of a shot!  Makes you wonder what their experiences were before they were rescued!
