Revived

Day of sorting and writing. Missed a relative off the Christmas card list by accident but this is all resolved now- phew. Feels like a real disaster averted situation.

I'm sending cards out that feature a range of my photos this year, none of them Christmassy but I'm hoping they spread some smiles.

Mr H was in his shed as he spotted a deer in the neighbours garden earlier and sent me a text. I quietly raced out with camera but just saw it's tail as it made it's way down towards the main road! No photos but also gladly no thud sounds, horns or squealing tire sounds.

Got some writing to do this evening still and maybe the tree to sort, it's still not in the house but resting against the porch.

I'm dying some tired white clothes poppy red at the mo, spot the chopstick, my storing implement of choice! New marigolds which I love bought by request today!

The dye looks more Autumn raspberry to me but suits the stripy Calvin Klein pj pants I bought in an outlet store a few years back- hope it gives them a new lease of life as they are comfy! I also am dying a gorgeous silk top I got off eBay for £2 which was an awful light duck egg colour- who knows what the dye will do to it but anything is better than duck egg Ono
