Carol/Nativity service

St Mary's School is where our two daughters went so it's strange to be going to this school and church 18 years after they left to go to the senior school.
Tonight it was the Carol Service and Nativity story involving our two great nephews, Jonah and Noah. They are in different years but all years were involved in this with a few playing the key roles of Mary, Joseph, Gabriel, couple of shepherds and sheep. There was also the wise men but a cameo part with King Herod. The journey to Bethlehem was well covered.
As you can see, technology has crept into the church with remote control display screens, powerpoint, audio systems etc.
It was a really good show and we, the audience, were included in most of the carol singing. The children were marvellous, spoke up well and one young boy did a lot of 'Oh Holy Night' as a solo, very impressed.
