Cheese maiden

This morning we visited a cheese boutique factory near the town of Edam, on our way to visit the windmills and wooden clog workshop.  We tasted the various cheeses and they were exceptionally good.

The extra photo was taken at the windmill seen on the main part of Paladian's image.  The windmill was built in 1781 and refurbished in 1960.
