My favourite town

Today my brother and I went to Henley-on-Thames, my favourite town (home of my forebears) and now one of the most expensive places to live in the UK. Rather dull again, though the sun did shine for a while - it's good to see red kites flying over the town again as they would have done in days gone by. We had a great time and popped in to see a couple of people, one of them being a regular donor to Arduaine and the other the man who bought my grandfather's furniture removal business.

You might be surprised to see my two extra pictures, both taken in Henley market place. They need no explanation to residents of Argyll!
