Last Zumba

Had the last session of 2015 tonight. My favourite exercise class by far. All this week Lar...our instructor ...has donated all money taken plus extra donations to a dementia charity. Hopefully by the end of the week she would have raised over £500.

Back again on 5th January. The time seems to go so quickly it won't be long before we are back and working off the over indulgence of Christmas. Thank goodness!
