Last stage..

Going home.

Foul journey in places, foggy, drizzley, and snow in places (roads were clear)..

Stopped in Inverness for a bit of shopping, and Dingwall..

Ullapool for fish and chips, and then home to unpack everything we picked up en route.. Greet the cats, check the hens. Proper look in the morning when it's light..

We've done 1,720 miles. We filed up in Dumbarton on the way down, and driving on "cruise control", at 62 mph, we averaged 75.7 mpg. Filled up again in Swansea, and using the cruise for most of the journey, we got 74 mpg when we filled up again in Inverness. And it took 50 litres to fill the tank..
