Bruges 2

Another lovely day in Bruges. It was so nice not to be in a rush to leave the apartment, and we took our time over breakfast. It was absolutely rammed in the town today; weekend visitors taking in the market meant the roads were crammed with people. We escaped the crowds by taking a boat trip around the canals, and then visted the Picasso exhibition in the gallery. We spent the rest of the afternoon wandering and shopping, with an evening at the market eating waffles, drinking gluhwein and watching ice skaters. Aren't holidays brilliant?!
