Return of the Goldcrest

This Goldcrest is a crazy little creature! It may be small but it sure is fast.
  The Afternoon was dull again so I had to rely on my trusty flash technique again.
 The problem with using the flash of course.Is the time between shots.In my case about 30 seconds! But plenty of time to miss the shot? 
  I took about a dozen shots to get this one.But as they say.''Practice makes perfect''?
