mmmm melon!

after a heavy housework morning I decided to sit at the TV and eat lunch while watching the tennis. had already taken a few flower pics for today, but couldn't resist this.

Daisy - who just loves fruit [and cheese, and coffee!] whipped my discarded melon skin off the coffee table with one deft flick of the paw and proceeded to chase it all around the room - licking it with her cat's tongue obviously moved the smooth skin around the rug and she didn't seem to have the sense to stop it with her paw!

just before this the skin was actually under the sofa and she got it out with her paw but I just wasn't quick enough to get a good shot. this is the best, a fun blip, not a masterpiece!!
