The Casino

Once upon a time, in the disatant past, Divonne was a major spa town, with grand hotels for people taking the waters during the day and one of the three largest Casinos in France to keep them occupied during the night....
We are on a more modest scale now, but the Casino is still going quite well and a share of the profits pass to the town, which keeps the council tax down. If for this reason alone, shouldn't every town have one??
