Sticky Christmas

Bert and George were amazed at the power of Sidney's adhesives - twice as strong as Superglue! Their wives were less convinced...just an accident waiting to happen!

It was Ben's last day at college, and Stamford was packed with shoppers, attracted perhaps by the last market before Christmas. I parked well out of town and walked in to do a spot of street photography. I also browsed some of the stalls, but came away empty-handed - lots of tat and food that would have mostly gone off before Christmas... I did notice that there was a thriving trade in holly wreaths among the older generation(see extra) , who seemed to make up the bulk of the shoppers in the market. Very few people looked full of Christmas cheer...
