At the vets yesterday afternoon for Whisper's final booster shot - and the good news is that he's now 17.76 kgs (he was 16.1kgs when we brought him home) - heading in the right direction!   Jose said he was looking really well!

He's now sitting and giving paw (that's Whisper, not Jose!!) before diving into his food bowl and there have been times when he hasn't eaten it all straightaway - means he's not hungry or desperate for food any more.
He is still extremely bouncy though - I got drenched with a cup of hot tea this morning in his excitement to run up the stairs with me!  
He will calm down eventually though (won't he?????)   :o))

I went into Kings Lynn this morning to do some Christmas shopping - at 8.30am there was plenty of room in the multi-storey- when I went back for the car at 11.30am they were queuing to get in.   Round to Morrisons (other supermarkets are available) and it was unbelievably quiet - made wandering round so much nicer.
Putting up and decorating the tree this afternoon/evening - only a five hour/one bottle of wine job!!!

Thank you for all your beautiful FlowerFriday entries yesterday - numbers are a little down but, despite the warmth here in the UK, it IS winter!!!  Special Edition SD Hearts and HMs tomorrow with luck.
Thank you also for your comforting words regards my Mum and Shadow and Christmas this year - damp eyes and a lumpy throat here!!
