Fun Parkrun

This morning I did parkrun. They did ask for people to go dressed festive style. I liked these guys best. How anyone can run in a full suit I'll never know. I get so hot wearing a vest and leggings. It was a fun morning with Christmas music being played as we ran around. It was Chelmsford's 155th run today. Hats off to the wonderful volunteers who without them none of this would happen. I think I'll put my name forward to volunteer next year. It's not every week you have to help out. I wouldn't want to do every week. I might hate running, wonder why I'm doing it, feel sick when I'm finished...but wouldn't want to not do it either.
We also went to see the house my son is buying with his girlfriend Hollie. It's a lovely old house. We met Hollies parents for the first time too. They are lovely. We all had a nice coffee and mince pie together after the viewing. We are meeting up again on Boxing Day.
Tonight my feet are up and I can't wait for Strictly. Oh how I wish I could be in that show.
