Sourdough plus
Yesterday Jan prepared a sourdough mix, and today she kneaded, shaped and baked it. The result is really tasty with added dried fruit and linseed, as well as a secret ingredient that produced a really moist and soft crumb. 
Well, OK then, if you really want to know I’ll tell you the secret.
We found  an unopened packet of cream at the back of the fridge, best before June 2015. It looked OK when we opened it so into the sourdough mix it went.
The bread is so good we’d eaten half a loaf before I took the photo!
