Fiery Sunrise

Beautiful start to the day.

A busy day yesterday with Service in the morning and then a lovely Carol Service at night with a gathering, in our church, of people from the other churches in our part of Dundee.

An exciting evening too with the 'incomparable' Andy Murray winning Sports Personality of the Year. I loved his self deprecating joke about the jibe that he was more boring than a weekend in Worthing being harsh - on Worthing.

It was wonderful looking out this morning to see the awesome sunrise. It looked as if the world was on fire. We certainly do not get mornings like this very often but it is spectacular when we do.
