Merry Christmas

Do you know that you can put unbaked buns in the freezer and bake them at another time? I learnt that today and now all of my saffron buns are to be baked at my mums home instead. Problem solved! And, because I'm baking buns there I thought I'd take some gingerbread dough with me too... 
Christmas is saved... :D
