Bamberg

We're moving slowly southwards, and now we are in Bamberg.  This is the area known as Little Venice, and is taken from one of the bridges in the Old Town.

The weather is a bit miserable, but we've been really lucky with it being quite warm, and very little rain.

Thanks for all your lovely comments on our tour - it really is a trip of a lifetime.

From what I can make out, we "foreigners" can't yet make any donation pledges to Blip.  It's making depressing reading at the moment, and unless a lot more people make a lot more pledges Blip is going to die.  The internet is very patchy, so it's really hard to work out what's going on.
