Madeiran Mojito on Market night

Our first full day in Maderia , and this evening was 'market night'. We weren't sure what to expect, but there were lots of stalks through the the town selling food and drink. I saw this hut selling cocktails, and as id been joking earlier in the day about having a Mojito,couldn't resist. And very fine it was too.
Dorsetb I know wants to know about the food, so the 'extra' is a 'tea merchant' found by chance today.
