A blue-skied sunny spell on Slapton Sands

Hooray for the window of sunshine that allowed a lovely long walk along the beach with the offspring! Zoomed in on son and daughter-in-law, who set off first and walked the farthest. As the beach curves around (see Extra) you can see how it looks as if I was out at sea to take this shot, when I wasn't! The other Extra is of a diving cormorant, caught on one of its brief surfacing moments.
