Happy Christmas from the Black Isle

A lovely morning so we changed our plans and went for an early morning walk instead of going after our dinner.
We went down to the beach in Rosemarkie. The tide was high but calm so we could only walk as far as the first rocks. We left our star made of shells, a challenge by the Beach Café to make a star on the beach that can be washed away by the tide, making sure no live creatures are present.
A pop to the Point for another walk, one dolphin and a few seals present and a lovely robin that likes to sit on the sign.
Back home to get the dinner and it all turned out well. Felt strange not seeing Richard the first Christmas Day without him for 27 years, seeing him tomorrow with Ashlene :)
A restful afternoon watching The Stickman which was brill, great animation and a story I'm not familiar with.
Watching Googlesprogs now , full up and feeling tired. Hope you've all had a great day too.
