But since my theme, all month, is my return to karate, here's a bit from Tekki Shodan - slightly before the point where the photo of Kanazawa sensei was taken, on the cover of the book I posted yesterday:

I trained this morning; mrs tsuken informed me I was out for about an hour and a half - and it was really great. I focused intensely on two kata (after doing a chunk of basics), one being Tekki Shodan, from which I took this photo.
