Behind the Curve

How have any of us managed the last 4 years without a selfie-stick?  I absolutely love it (regardless of it being Martin's present), and you can probably tell.  I love this picture of us all, and with a selfie-stick I might get to be in a few more photos.... if blip survives after Christmas.

Managed to get the whole family out for a walk this morning, which these days needs to be scheduled in advance.  We left dear friend and colleague Andrew in our kitchen defrosting some meat in the microwave, following an emergency call 5 minutes earlier.   I couldn't risk further delays...

The day has been otherwise quiet and uneventful and we've lost both James and Ben this afternoon/evening to other social events.  The remaining Paterson's are planning a meal of takeaway food and veg-out TV!
