Traditional Boxing Day?

Not sure what is traditional in Madeira, but we ventured into the main town to get provisions/go fabric shopping (delete as appropriate) however the majority of places were closed, so we settled down at a cafe, and this group assembled. They started dancing, and I have videos, but unable to upload!

The heavens opened, so we decided to be very British, and have a curry!
