Trial run

Later this week we have a gathering for those of us who have just got straight after the flood earlier this year... we are each doing a course, and we have the starter..l we though that we'd do a dry run for lunch today, and have to admit it was delicious. Dorsetb would say it needs more practice....
It's a puff pastry snowflake, with pesto, sun dried tomatoes and olives....
