More cooking!!

We have more visiting family coming tomorrow, so as we were having a quiet Boxing Day I decided to get cooking again!
A beef and chestnut casserole (might make it into a pie) an apricot trifle with panettone - and a chocolate cake to go alongside the Christmas cake.
Relaxed at 9 to watch the Agatha Christie, sitting by the tree, but the news afterwards was dominated by the horrendous floods in the north.
