The prom

After a dull and wet day yesterday  ( though we got off lightly compared to other parts of the country )  it was a lovely bright day today .
Went with the chief and Kirsty down to the beach and did the 4 mile tramp up and down the prom . Some fantastic waves and a few brave souls on their surf boards. Nice to see a wee coffee outlet just down at the Fittee end of the prom which was doing a roaring trade - saved a long wait in the probably overcrowded cafes on the Boulevard .
