Happy 3rd Birthday!

Just like the first time, the wee man was little subdued for his birthday this year.  Still, it didn't stop him enjoying a trip to San Diego's Children's Museum and a second consecutive birthday play-date with his friend Gabe.

It all feels a long way from his beginnings in Edinburgh, and the day I started this blip.  An awful lot has changed in that time but I wouldn't change a single thing.  Well, maybe I'd have a bit more sleep!

I think the wee man has finally grasped the concept of presents.  By the time it came to bed, he whispered 'I want more presents'.  Sorry son.  You'll have to wait another 364 days until Christmas for that.
