Mono Monday Challenge: Room 101

The 101st Mono Monday challenge so appropriately enough, the theme was Room 101. I knew straight away what I would put in there; Beetroot. How on earth anyone can bring themselves to eat that stuff is beyond me. It tastes as though you've just fallen down in a muddy field with your mouth open, it stains everything it touches (and a few things it doesn't), when it is being cooked it smells like a rugby team's changing room after a hard game and I dread to think what it is doing to your insides.
