I had been warned Cardiff had changed since I used to live there many years ago.

You bet it has! Take Tim the model who earns his living by looking good outside a certain high class emporium in St David's shopping centre.

You can be photographed with him or in my case I did the photographing .

Yes the city looks great even swanky more like aiming European city and everyone is so friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is the hassle with everything being in two
languages .
When you are driving through a strange city those signs are a positive hazard.
