All my bags are packed and I'm ready to go...

It's all in and plenty room to spare. I will take my handbag plus hand luggage but have tons of space - maybe enough for some duty free shopping!

Susan arrived after a horrendous journey in fog, rain, floods and traffic jams. The joys of travelling!

I got all my grass cut, weeds killed, house tidied, Ishbel finished (yaay!!) and packed the needles for the journey. Thank you all for advice last night - I'm going to take them. Will let you know...

The old mobile is looked out and charged ready for a US sim card. Kindle is charged, new ebooks purhased and a Puzzler is in for good measure! I'm not good at being idle and although I will watch movies, i need to do something at the same time.

Then there is the ambling up and down the aisle, past the neighbours and fiddling with all the air outlets and little seat buttons to see what they do.

Susan is really looking forward to sitting beside me!
