Circus training

This morning we went to the RVI in Newcastle for Mum's physio appointment. The waiting room was full of people, some of whom appeared to have been involved in fracas over the holiday weekend. Others were there for post operative checks.

Mum's lovely physio was very encouraging, but wants her to take regular pain refief so that she can do more excercises. The next appointment is in 10 days, so they are keeping a close eye on her.

Back home, I had a quick "round the block" walk, meeting several dog walkers and other solo walkers, all keen to inhale fresh dry(ish) air before Storm Frank arrives.  If I had a dog, I'd like a border terrier. These two are rather lively and one always walks along the wall here, like an active child.

I felt more energetic, both before and after the walk. (Have to confess it was only 2.5miles, but better than nothing.)
