Poor Mr Rat's Mate!

We've had a couple of rat toys for the cats since we got them in June 2012 and, to be honest, they haven't been a great hit... until last night!

Mr Messi-cat suddenly decided it was the best game ever to grab Mr Rat's Mate (the black rat... Mr Rat is the brown rat). Today he continued his game and ripped him to bits, scattering catnip and fluff everywhere.

You can see how smug Mr Messi-cat is about his "kill"... he's now stoned on catnip! Very funny!
