Up with the lark this morning to finish packing up, feed animals, walk and bath Minty, then mop the kitchen floor before P arrived home having spent Christmas with her sister in Canada.

I was back in my flat before coffee time and spent most of the day unpacking. I've been taking paracetamol to try and ward off the sore throat that is developing...

D#1 arrived in time for dinner and we are about to play Upwords because there's nothing that appeals on t'telly.
