No Christmas Tree.....

It isn't even January and already the Christmas tree drop off point in Kemptown Park is doing good business. We saw lots of people dropping off trees and then bizarrely saw a family load a dozen of the trees into their truck and drive off with them. The mind boggles as to what they are planning to do with them.

I'm a traditionalist. My tree will stay up until 12th night. It may even, ahem, stay up longer as it is still drinking and hasn't dropped a single needle even though we cut it down 3 weeks ago. It seems a shame to throw it out.
