On the fence

I've deliberated long and hard as to whether or not to include the word 'BLIP' on today's entry, mainly due to the fact I didn't want to appear hypocritical, given that I haven't pledged. I even considered not blipping at all!

I'm not ashamed to admit that; I know there are others like me.....totally on the fence as to what to make of the proposed Blipfuture CIC and the current efforts to crowdfund.

I decided to include it, as Blip is part of my daily life and I know there are people in my circle of friends who would miss my daily rants and rambles.

Would I miss Blip if it goes? Of course! To not blip every single day would feel as alien to me as not brushing my teeth before bed; it just has to be done!
Is it the be all and end all of my life? Certainly not.

Like many of you, I check in daily to see what others are up to and I've made some friends on here too. There are ways and means to keep in touch, should the worst happen.

I may be criticised for this, but I'm leaving Blipfuture to fate; if I did pledge it wouldn't be enough to make the difference that is required. I know that if we all said this then it wouldn't get anywhere, but I just feel I would be throwing good money after bad (especially after previous attempts to raise funds failed) so I'd rather hang on and see what happens. If I have to pay a membership fee, so be it (within reason!).

I wish the Blipfuture 4 all the very best for the New Year and more specifically for the 11th January.
