Brisk Walk

There's been so much eating over the past couple of weeks that a long walk was called for today. So off we went, around the Haines Point peninsula in the middle of the Potomac River, with mom and hubby in tow. Here they are, taking a break, looking out onto National Airport just on the other side of the river. 

So good to see the bright sun again: very unusual to have such grey weather for so many days in a row here :)
