Meeting of Great Minds

Having mastered interspecies communication, Mütley Crüe and Worm Loverme engage in critical negotiations, re: the future of the planet as we know it.  I'm not certain what role the grasshopper plays in all this.  Two friends, apparently speaking telepathically, entertain each other at a gathering to celebrate the new year.
