Over £10,000 was pledged or donated in the past two days thanks to the Blip-Drive (suggested by LooseCannon) ...... let's keep the momentum going - there are 58 days left but only just over a week until the discussions start to see where we are with all of this.

I bought this plate for my Mum in the 90's (not sure whether it was from Turkey or Tunisia) as, with a lot of the gifts I gave her, this is now mine - bittersweet. 

I had an idea that if I posted something a bit different from my usual entries it might encourage a couple of "new" people to look in my journal and that way I can spread the (pledge blip) word(s)!! 

I'm about 24 hours behind again - we are having a new combi-boiler fitted Mon/Tue/Wed and my time has been spent cleaning clearing out the utility room, the airing cupboard, the garage (still looking like an episode of Hoarders!!) and various other things - I hate upheaval!!!!!!
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
