Something else cheese

Leo tried out his cheese making kit today and opted to make some mozzarella.

It has turned out really well so he is very proud. I loved the bit in the instructions that said to try it and if it doesn't taste like mozzarella just call it something else and eat it anyway! So we have called this our 'something else cheese' although it does taste like a very mild mozzarella. We'll all be on the cheese and relish tonight for a snack!

It has tipped down most of the morning so it was the perfect opportunity for some indoor fun. I hope to get out for a plod later to save yet more indoor stepping. As I've started on the coastal path there can be no slacking!
