Twenty three years ago today I became a mother to my Eddie. That day it was bitterly cold with a proper "hoar frost".

After a day of torrential rain today (staying indoors like wimps) the three of us walked down to the River Wey in the town centre when the rain eased a little to see how it was coping with all the recent rainwater. The river is very high and extremely fast flowing, but has not breached the banks yet.

Also made a big decision...will let you know the outcome tomorrow.
