Sunday

Woke this morning and couldn't be bothered getting out of bed. I eventually did at around  noon.
I felt jumpy and agitated. Tried to forget about it by having breakfast and pottering. It ended up overwhelming me and I ended up throwing things at the wall, then self harming.

Felt better afterwards, so jumped into the shower and went along to Mum's as usual. She asked me to take her to Homebase to get my Gran a bedside lamp. Came out and the sky was strange and the clouds were moving fast.
