Cheery hyacinths

While the rest of the UK is now back at work, we in Scotland have an extra holiday.

We've made a start on taking down the decorations to pack them away in time for twelfth night tomorrow. This makes space for the pretty display of hyacinths that we planted in the autumn.

Exercise today: walk up to town and back for a couple of purchases (8,199 steps). The regular exercise routine recommences at 06:00am tomorrow - yikes!
