There is a storm brewing.

I say brewing, but the storm has really been around for much of the day. Torrential prolonged showers! However, after an inset day at school which finished at 2 (kicked out by the caretaker no less!), I headed to the coastline for a long stroll. On went the waterproof trousers, the waterproof coat, gloves and wellies and I was off! Cullercoats to Tynemouth and back, wonderful, despite the rain :-) 

I am now in my pyjamas and brand new super cosy slippers...bring on the return of Silent Witness at 9pm :-D
