Today's the day ......................... when it didn't rain

We've come to appreciate days when it doesn't rain.

The sky was clear and there was a lovely sunset happening over the hill.  There was just enough time at the end of the day before the light disappeared altogether, to climb the hill up to Kendal Castle.

It was a bit soggy underfoot - but so nice to stand and breathe in the fresh air ...........................
