Rain

With an ill Miss L in tow [just a bad cold], we decided to do a full circuit of the island on our last full day. We started off in glorious weather, and reached our northernmost point before the weather broke - during a lunch of wonderful local food. It was forecast but, rather than the spectacular but brief tropical downpour we'd hoped for, the rest of the day was like a wet August day in Scotland. Thankfully it remained dry in our SW corner of the island.

This picture is of the col I reached on the first day, and was taken when Mme A was in the pharmacy with L, but it's typical of the views you get when travelling round the island. It's a splendid place!
