Stormy Seas

Took a diazepam along with my other meds before going to bed last night thinking that would send me straight to sleep. Nope!
2 hrs later I took another one and I did eventually get off to sleep.

Got up just before lunch feeling rather tired still.
Took a quick trip down to Ocean Terminal to return an item and noticed the sea looked rather choppy. Stood and listened and watched it for a bit then headed home to lay on the sofa for the afternoon.

Later I went along to counselling where I was reduced to tears (which is not hard) talking about my Dad and his anniversary tomorrow.
Back to work in  the morning.
